Leadership Embodiment and Intuitive Archery

We feel more than ever that leaders — and human beings in general — need to connect with their inner freedom and sovereignty to be able to navigate the challenges lying ahead. Holding their stance with dignity and inner resilience — this enabling themselves and others to courageously make their own choices and connect with their communities to stride for a future worth living.

You are invited to two competencies — leadership embodiment and intuitive archery: both are the post powerful tools for leaders to face their fears and to truly embrace uncertainty while offering a resonant connection with their immediate surroundings — it may be an organization, their team or their community.

Bogen-akademie

Annette Birkholz is a certified systemic creative consultant, coach and facilitator with many years of international experience. The focus of her work – at the interface between personal and organizational development, executive coaching and embodiment methods – covers (female) leadership, transformation, mindfulness and resilience. Her clients range from NGOs to international corporations – including many organisations and individuals from the media, art and music industry. She is the founder of the Bogen-akademie (Archery Academy) and lecturer for leadership and embodiment at various Universities in Berlin.

Pierre Goirand is a pioneer of the embodiment approach in Europe, and a recognized international consultant-coach. He has been promoting collective intelligence in the most diverse companies and communities (KPMG, Orange, SNCF, Société Générale etc.). He was one of the first to propose an integral approach to leadership. His research has led him to develop practices at the crossroads of artistic, physical and martial disciplines that are both innovative and rooted in ancestral wisdom. Pierre is the first European instructor certified by Wendy Palmer. He is the founder of the Présence & Leadership Institute in Paris.
