The start of our grassroots movement for transformation with mind AND heart. Here you can strengthen your mission, empower yourself and network with like-minded people from all over Germany. After all, we can only achieve this gigantic transformation together.

Changes in the public sector often pose real challenges. There is often a culture that makes it difficult for the brave and creative to explore new paths. At the Mindshift Festival we’ll be hearing from inspiring personalities, known from the podcast by Dr. Dorit Bosch Let’s State – Inspirations. We want our audience to participate, become effective and network.

In turbulent times, the opportunities to shape the future of German administration and your personal future are greater than ever before.
