Za-Zen-Do is offering weekly meditation sessions in the Metal Workshop every Monday (except in school holidays). Everybody is welcome to join! 25 minute sitting meditation. Please register by e-mail (hello@za-zen-do.de), be there 15 minutes in advance, and wear comfortable clothing.
