During a hot summer, four young friends come together in a remote idyllic holiday home on the Baltic Sea. After they have settled in and are planning an unforgettable holiday, everything suddenly changes. Their lovely time together is not to last as raging forest fires start around them, quickly getting out of control. One by one they are encircled by the flames, making escape impossible. But hope dies last. Inside the house, the people also become closer. Their passion and love for each other can hold off the fear and doubt for a long time, at least up to a point. And so the seemingly last hours of their lives pass, until the unstoppable walls of flame reach the holiday home and death is at the door.
